Attending the ATI Summit

Checking In To The Conference

The Conference Services Office is located in the one-story townhouse section of Building 6 – Pacific Willow Hall, on your left as you enter from Lassen Street (our main Student Housing entrance). The address is:

At check-in, attendees will receive the following:

  • A key card and lanyard for their room assignment (if you are staying in the on-campus apartments)
  • A meal card
  • A parking permit, if applicable (CSUN employees were not issued a parking permit)

The office is open Monday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. All participants will check in at this location. We have provided a couple maps to help you navigate the campus.

Participants should park in Lot F9, directly in front of Building 6.

Parking permits must be hung from the vehicle’s rearview mirror with the printed side facing outward for enforcement visibility. Depending on the assigned residence building, participants may also use other nearby housing parking lots. All lots are within a short walking distance of the apartments.

Meals will be served at G’mos Dining Hall, an all-you-care-to-eat facility. Additional information about the August menu will be posted when it becomes available. For a general overview of G’mos, you can visit the G’mos web site This link will take you to an external website in a new tab..

For our attendees staying in campus housing, each linen packet includes:

  • 1 pillow and pillowcase
  • 1 blanket
  • 2 flat sheets
  • 1 bath towel
  • 1 hand towel
  • 1–2 face towels

Participants are welcome to bring additional pillows, blankets, or towels if preferred. If anyone plans to use the pool, we recommend bringing an extra towel to avoid using their bath towel at the pool. Based on past experience, visitors often appreciate having this option.
