This Year’s Theme

This year’s theme is “Defining Success”. But what does that actually mean? We believe that it starts with asking three simple questions:

  1. Where are we now?
  2. Where do we want to go?
  3. How will we get there?

Answering these questions isn’t just an exercise; it is essential for how we work together within the CSU system. When we define success as a team, based on a shared vision, we create alignment. Everyone knows what we’re working toward and why it matters. And how that expands into the campus communities we support.

The summit agenda is still in development.

Attendees will be housed in on-campus dormitory suites (two people per suite, each with a private bedroom). Housing and meals will be provided at no cost, and meals will be served through the campus dining buffet with accommodations for dietary needs.

Information on directions to the CSUN campus and campus maps can be found on the CSUN Maps website This link will take you to an external website in a new tab..

To help offset travel costs for those who would not otherwise be able to attend, a need-based travel stipend is available. We ask attendees to request support only if their department or campus cannot fully cover travel expenses. We appreciate your honesty in helping us ensure these limited funds support those who need them most. Stipends will be sent to campus via IFT.

Stipend Amounts:

  • $150 for attendees from CSU Bakersfield and campuses farther south
  • $300 for attendees from campuses north of CSU Bakersfield

The registration period is open from May 15th to June 6th. Here is the registration page link This link will take you to an external website in a new tab..

If you need help with registration, contact the Summit Coordinator, Mike Harding, (mharding@mail.fresnostate.edu) for assistance. For questions about on-campus accommodations and the travel stipend, please use the "Contact Us" information located above.
