These reports, which are required pursuant to Coded Memo AA-2010-13, will be used to identify and highlight best practices, match requests for assistance with appropriate resources from ATI staff and other campuses, align ATI projects with demonstrated campus needs, and generate system-wide reporting on the overall state of technology accessibility across the CSU.Below is a list of key facts regarding these Annual Reports: 1. While the goals and success indicators will remain unchanged from last year, there will be some minor changes to the process for completing the reports. 2. As outlined in Coded Memo AA-2010-13, these Annual Reports are due on November 15. 3. Annual Report templates for each ATI Priority Area were posted to the ATI Moodle site in Microsoft Word format on July 30th, 2012 for the purpose of allowing campuses to collect relevant data and draft preliminary responses. These templates as well as instructions for using them are provided below. ATI Annual Report Web ApplicationThe ATI Annual Report web application was released in August. The report links were mailed to your campus Executive Sponsor who will forward them to the appropriate person(s) on your campus. The instructions for completing the web based report were in the email that contains the report link and also on the first page of the web-based report.
