ATI Annual Reports: Instructions and Reporting Tools

The ATI Annual Reports are required pursuant to Coded Memo AA-2010-13. The information gathered from these reports will be used to identify and highlight best practices, match requests for assistance with appropriate resources from ATI staff and other campuses, align ATI projects with demonstrated campus needs, and generate system-wide reporting on the overall state of technology accessibility across the CSU.

Below is a list of key facts regarding these Annual Reports:

1. The Goals and Success Indicators will remain unchanged from last year.

2. As outlined in Coded Memo AA-2013-03, these Annual Reports are due in November.

3. Annual Report templates for each ATI Priority Area are posted to the ATI Moodle site in Microsoft Word format for the purpose of allowing campuses to collect relevant data and draft preliminary responses. These templates as well as instructions for using them are provided below.

ATI Annual Report Web Application

The ATI Annual Report web application is launched in July or August of each year. The report links are mailed to your campus Executive Sponsor (or their designee) who will forward them to the appropriate person(s) on your campus. The instructions for completing the web-based report are in the email that contains the report link and also on the first page of the web-based report.

The drop-down boxes do not work well with Macs or screen readers. Users of Macs and screen readers should use the document versions with the 'without form fields' suffix.
